Easy Returns and Refunds

Change of Mind: 100 Day FREE Returns in Australia

We accept returns of all products from Australian customers as long as they are in the same condition as they were received, all tags are still attached and have not been removed from packaging, opened or used.

If you have changed your mind please contact our team via the email below within 100 Days of receiving your order.

Once confirmed by our team they will provide further information on how to return your product. All costs will be covered by True Blue Toys.

If you would like to exchange your product please be aware we require your original product to be returned and a full refund will be processed once the product has been checked by our team after it arrives back in our warehouse to ensure it is still in new condition.

If it has been longer than 100 Days and your product is still in the same condition as it was received and has not been removed from packaging please contact our team as we may still be able to help you.

For customers outside of Australia we unfortunately do not offer free returns for change of mind. Please contact our team and we will advise your options.

Please Note: Within Australia we will cover the cost of return and a full refund of the product price will be provided, delivery costs will not be refunded.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your order is faulty/damaged or incorrect please contact us asap via the email below.

We understand wear and tear may occur on some products and this does not qualify for a return or refund.

Our team will advise if your product needs to be returned for you to receive a refund.

Some products include batteries that cannot be changed, this will be advised on the product listing, please be aware a flat battery in a product like this does not qualify for a return or refund.

Please Note: The 100 Day time period does not apply to Faulty products.

 

Processing Refunds

Please contact our team via email as they will advise you if your product needs to be returned to receive a refund.

All refunds are subject to approval by our team.

All refunds will be processed via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

Please be aware that refunds for PayPal will not include processing fees. Please refer to the PayPal Merchant Fee Policy.
